Every one of the products in Ospack Systems' range has been innovatively designed in house followed by comprehensive testing in the field, to provide tailored solutions that specifically designed to provide our customer's products maximum protection associated with an uninterrupted, safe and secure passage through arguably the most important stage of the supply chain; the delivery to the customer.

The logistics phase of a company's supply chain can sometimes be underappreciated, some may even consider the supply chain completed when the product has been produced. Yet quite often the production process has been tarnished, even wasted, at the very least it has been described by others as a compromised, by one or even several uncontrollable instances that reguarily occur during the logistics process. The damage to countless products during this critical phase quite often remains unidentified to the shipper, and pointedly has occured without knowledge or fault of the transport providers. The problem often isn't identified until the customer discovers they have taken delivery of a product that has arrived with obvious damage, probably even to the extent where the entire consignment is considered spoiled in its entirety. In this situation the customer has no choice but to report the complaint and put a claim to the manufacturer for losses, at which point even a previously strong commercial relationship could now be, at the very least, temporarily strained, of course hopefully only temporarily.

This type of problem presents companies with obvious flow on effects economically, which in many ways are extremely hard to quantify, and one such aspect almost impossible to calculate is the potential negative effects this is having on the sales volumes, realistically extending to every company with an association to the affected product. The detrimental flow on effects can't simply be described, nor can they even be completely identified, yet describing the effects as containing unknown further and immeasurable 'potential' is 'probably' and 'reasonably' accurate. These descriptions aren't exctly the type of calculations company accountants enjoy factoring in, especially when the loses and the uncertainty would instead be prevented from ever eventuating if the quality of every product arrived to every customer the way it was intended to be for every delivery. This cheerful alternative would no doubt provide overwhelming joy to every company accountant, not discounting the beneficial effects to the sales, the administration, the production, the manufacturing, the despatch and transport provider's.
